Position Overview:BayCare Medical Group, a physician-led organization, is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our dynamic Cardiology team serving Morton Plant Hospital in Clearwater and Mease Dunedin Hospital in Dunedin. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a high-volume, collaborative team that values mentorship, professional growth, and compassionate care. The team currently includes 5 physicians and 4 APPs dedicated to delivering exceptional heart and vascular services.Position Highlights:
  • Provide support for hospital rounds, inpatient consults, and outpatient clinic visits.
  • Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Comfortable managing high-volume outpatient consultative and follow-up care.
  • Eager to learn and grow with physician mentors.
  • 1:4 weekend call requirement (approximately one weekend per month).
Qualifications:
  • Two or more years of experience in cardiac medicine as an advanced practice provider
  • Ideal candidate should be flexible, affable, creative, energetic, and can show compassion while working with patients.
  • Florida licensure and certification NP-C or PA-C
