- Oversee all aspects of electrical construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Lead field operations, coordinating with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project objectives are met.
- Supervise and mentor field personnel, providing guidance and support to facilitate their professional development.
- Monitor project progress and track performance metrics, implementing strategies to address any issues or challenges that arise.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards, promoting a safe work environment for all employees.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to resolve conflicts, mitigate risks, and achieve project goals.
- Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management, highlighting project status, progress, and performance.
- Minimum of six years of experience in electrical construction, with at least two years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and construction processes.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety Certification preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred but not required.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
