With connections to over 575 electrical contractors, we are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to join one of our partner firms.Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Electrical Superintendent to oversee electrical construction projects and lead field operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems and construction management, with the ability to manage project teams, ensure adherence to project schedules, and maintain high safety and quality standards.Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of electrical construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Lead field operations, coordinating with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Supervise and mentor field personnel, providing guidance and support to facilitate their professional development.
  • Monitor project progress and track performance metrics, implementing strategies to address any issues or challenges that arise.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards, promoting a safe work environment for all employees.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to resolve conflicts, mitigate risks, and achieve project goals.
  • Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management, highlighting project status, progress, and performance.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of six years of experience in electrical construction, with at least two years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems and construction processes.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety Certification preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred but not required.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
