With our network of more than 80 manufacturing facilities and more than 4,000 employees, we’re leading the industry with innovation and a safety-first mindset.from on .Job DescriptionThe Maintenance Manager will be responsible for overall supervision and coordination of maintenance department activities related to the setup, installation, maintenance and repair of equipment, tools and machinery to ensure non-stop operation of the plant/location assigned.ResponsibilitiesDirect staff of mechanics/technicians in electrical, electronic, mechanical hydraulic and pneumatic maintenance and repair of machinery and equipmentAssist and direct workers in diagnosis of malfunctions in equipment and machineryObserve mechanical devices and equipment to determine proper functioning and identify root causes of malfunctions. Provide and implement corrective actions to addressWork with operations to prioritize equipment/form repairs based on operational demandInterprets company policies and safety regulations to ensure compliance and safe work environmentRecommends and implements measures to improve production methods, equipment performance and quality of productPlan and implement a schedule of routine and preventative maintenance procedures and assign and monitor personnelOrder parts needed for special projects, routine maintenance requirements, spare parts, tools and equipment as neededSecure and manage outside contractor services as needs arise which are outside internal capabilitiesOther duties and responsibilities related to the nature of the job may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as neededRequirementsAssociate’s degree or equivalent in training, education or 5 + years of experience as maintenance manager, or equivalent combination of experience, training and educationAbility to maintain and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical and electronic control equipment used in an industrial manufacturing environmentAbility to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, process sheets, and assembly schematic drawingsBasic computer skills utilizing Excel, Word and Power Point applicationsPrevious experience maintaining industrial equipment including overhead cranes, forklifts, frontend loaders and batch mixers a plusSalary
Salary ranges between $80,000-$100,000 based on experience.
