The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience.Job Overview: The RWJBarnabas Health School of Nursing and Union College conduct a Cooperative Program which grants students a Diploma in Nursing from RWJBarnabas Health School of Nursing and an Associate in Science Degree from Union College. The School of Nursing is fully accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Nursing Education, Inc. and the New Jersey State Board of Nursing.Qualifications: 
New Jersey RN License is required
MA or MS in Nursing is required; Doctorate preferred
Two (2) years of patient care experience is required
One (1) year experience in Nursing Education preferred
National certification in nursing specialty preferred
Essential Functions: Responsibilities include clinical and classroom teaching, test and curriculum development, faculty committee support, and student advisement. Continuing education and development to attain or maintain nurse educator competencies are expected.
