Learn more at and on and .Field Product Engineer - Data Center CoolingAs a Field Product Engineer, you will help launch our new data center liquid cooling products by working directly with our first customers. You'll gather requirements, shape product features, and ensure we're building solutions that solve valuable problems. Your role combines technical work with customer relationships—working with data center operators and partners to understand needs and use cases, oversee installations, troubleshoot issues, and learn what works. You'll translate what you learn in the field into product improvements that make a difference.In your first year, you will identify and engage early adopters for our alpha and beta programs. You'll spend significant time on-site at partners and customer data centers. You'll document customer needs and translate technical challenges into clear product requirements for our engineering teams. As you gain expertise, you'll help customers design system architectures that integrate our cooling solutions into their infrastructure. You'll also research market trends and help refine our value proposition based on real customer feedback.You'll work closely with engineering, product, and sales teams to ensure we're building the right products.
