Use data science and machine learning to drive business insights, centralizing dashboards, developing and deploying machine learning models, conducting online evaluation and verification of agentic actions.- Develop AI/ML solutions for Intelligent Talent Acquisition;
- Work closely with engineers, scientists, and product managers to design, implement and launch AI solutions, including Agentic AI, end-to-end;
- Design and conduct offline and online (A/B) experiments to evaluate proposed solutions based on in-depth data analyses;
- Effectively communicate technical and non-technical ideas with teammates and stakeholders;
- Stay up-to-date with advancements and the latest modeling techniques in the field.About the team

- 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language
- Bachelor's degree or equivalentPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Master's degree in computer science or equivalent
- Knowledge of professional software engineering & best practices for full software development life cycle, including coding standards, software architectures, code reviews, source control management, continuous deployments, testing, and operational excellence

The base pay for this position ranges from $129,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $223,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
