
Healthcare Security Manager

- Recruit, hire, and train new staff
- Provide performance feedback and recognize talent for management roles
- Ensure security officers are adequately prepared for their assignments
- Track and review KPIs with the Director of Operations
- Conduct site assessments and client visits
- Collaborate on recruitment needs and oversee client billing
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
- Bachelor's degree with one year experience or equivalent experience in security
- At least three years of related experience
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at times
