Service advisors are such a vital part of our dealership, a multi-tasker, customer service superstar who is the liaison between our technicians and our customers. Fast paced, challenging and rewarding!Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
  • Two years of relevant Service Advisor experience
  • Dealership franchise experience is preferred
  • Ford certifications required
  • Listen to customer concerns and accurately document them
  • Schedule appointments for vehicle services
  • Provide estimates for repairs and services
  • Communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of work
  • Maintain accurate records of services performed and payments received
  • Process cash and credit card transactions
  • Assist with inventory management and ordering of parts and supplies
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures
  • Familiarity with air brake, tire service, shocks struts, suspension, oil change, transmission, brake repair, auto body repair, and diesel engine repair is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Cash handling experience is preferred
