Our eCommerce Fulfillment Centers (eFC) are centralized spaces that help fulfill both Curbside Pickup and Home Delivery orders--keeping the great H-E-B Customer experience from beginning to end.As an eFulfillment Center Partner II, you'll pick, pack, and prep Customer orders and load them into delivery vehicles. eCommerce Fulfillment Operations:
- Selects and bags full or partial customer orders for shipment in an organized, clean, accurate, and damage-free manner
- Checks products for out of date / damages to ensure freshness and quality of products
- Properly loads carts into delivery vehicles in a clean, accurate, and damage-free manner
- Performs work tasks in a safe manner, in accordance with work instructions; proactively takes action to address / improve safety issues within the facility
- Completes work assignments in a timely manner; uses time efficiently and productively in support of facility goals for on-time deliveries
- Ensures that work performed meets individual productivity goals, team productivity goals, and / or facility productivity goals
- Complies with all federal, state, and company regulations / standards for product freshness, food safety, and sanitation
- Accurately completes assignments and resolves issues related to accuracy
- Communicates below standard wareroom, cooler, and / or freezer conditions to management
- May work with automation within the facilityStocking:
- Unloads / sorts product to put-away carts; stocks carts to selection locations
- Unloads / sorts product to pallets; inducts product into automated put-away system
- Minimizes shrink through careful handling of productWhat is your background?

- High school diploma or equivalent
