- Validate technical data and drawings for accuracy and verify provisioning requirements compliance.
- Prepare parts data in an acceptable format for Bill of Material loading into TDM Catalyst, resolve validation issues, identify TDM-Catalyst issues, and submit support cases.
- Assist with planning and management of spares, repair parts, and supplies for acquisition programs.
- Develop and review Technical Publications (Technical Manuals, Repair Parts and Special Tools Lists, Stock Lists, and Instruction Type publications) for accurate technical data and military standard and template compliant formatting.
- Monitor/manage technical publications throughout development, review, signature, and publication.
- Review DMSMS reports and statuses to validate data and recommend solutions.
- Develop logistics documentation for acquisition milestones, decisions, and events.
- Monitor PDREP and recommend PQDR solutions and responses.
- Conduct periodic inventories of military equipment and provide inventory management reports.
- Conduct technical research and respond to DLA 339 Engineering Support Requests.
- Bachelor’s Degree; with 2 to 5 years of relevant experience; +4 additional years combination of education, professional training, or relevant work experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
- Foundational or advanced DAWIA certification or equivalency in life cycle logistics preferred.
- Technical or hands-on user experience with military systems.
- Experience with MCSC acquisition policies and processes; LOGCOM sustainment policies, processes, and procedures; and Marine Corps maintenance and supply chain management operations.
- Ability to work independently, collaboratively, and within integrated product teams in physical and virtual settings.
- Proficiency with Marine Corps enterprise logistics applications, MS Office, SharePoint, and TEAMS.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, “go-getter” attitude, and a passion for the Marine Corps mission.
- Strong oral and written communication, analytical, and critical thinking capabilities.
- DoD SECRET clearance is required.
