- Collaborate with software designers and/or software engineers in the planning, design, development, and utilization of software systems
- Regularly demonstrate progress to customers
- A high school diploma with a minimum of 6 years of software development experience
- A bachelor's in science degree in a STEM field with a minimum of 2 years of software development experience
- A master's in science degree in a STEM field
- A high school diploma with a minimum of 9 years of software development experience
- A bachelor's in science degree in a STEM field with a minimum of 5 years of software development experience
- A master's in science degree in a STEM field with a minimum of 3 years of software development experience
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with small technical teams
- Experience with DevSecOps principles and practices
- Experience working in Agile software development environments
- Ability to prioritize and adjust tasks to accomplish project results
- Ability to obtain/maintain access to work on-site in Bellevue, NE
- Ability to obtain a DoD Secret security clearance
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code:
- Container Management Platforms such as RKE2, AWS, OpenShift, etc.
- Automation technologies such as Ansible, Helm, etc.
- Virtualization platforms such as VMWare, Proxmox, etc.
- Experience with DevSecOps:
- Implementing and maintaining CI/CD software pipelines
- Automating the securing and hardening software products
- Enabling operations and maintenance activities with Infrastructure as Code
- Creating solutions that encourage Dev-Prod Parity
- Experience with microservices patterns and creating solutions that run in a containerized environment
- Experience with object-oriented programming, web development frameworks, and full stack application architectures
- Demonstrated use of configuration management (Git, Bitbucket, Mercurial, Ansible Galaxy)
- Demonstrated use of collaboration tool suites (Atlassian, GitLab)
- Current DoD Secret or Top Secret clearance.
