Day to Day Responsibilities of this Position and Description of Project:
The main function of a non-IT program manager is to plan, direct, or coordinate activities to support Talent Mobility team in redesigning our Growth and Development Site on SharePoint. This person will play a key role in designing an engaging, user-friendly site that houses career tools and resources.Job Responsibilities:
- Visually design and configure the SharePoint site to ensure a clean, Intuitive, and engaging user experience.
- Organize and upload various tools and resources, making them easily accessible for employees.
- Recommend ways to increase utilization of site.
- Integrate and link additional internal sites and external resources as needed to provide a comprehensive user experience.
- Collaborate with Talent Mobility team to understand needs and translate them into effective site design.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience/education
- 7+ years working experience
- Microsoft Suite (Proficient), Agile, SharePoint site management and design (Required)
- Ability to research and synthesize both qualitative and quantitative data to make recommendations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience in graphic design
Ability to be a self-starter and work autonomously (Project Ownership)
Organizational skills and ability to handle multiple concurrent activities#LI-DNP
