- Ability to execute and adapt to new company initiatives as they pertain to externalization and sustainability within the supply chain.
- Allocate resources to every task according to the actual needs through strong scheduling management (Orquest)
- Anticipate the needs and the organization of shopfloor and stockroom based on forecast and trend (Sale, Black Friday etc.)
- Development of team by ensuring that all associates are properly trained on store operations and standard procedures (Front and back, including register)
- Work with General Manager/Store Director on ensuring that all H&S procedures are respected and there are no safety hazards in a store
- In collaboration with Register and Technology Manager, ensure that all store devices are in good condition and that all technical issues are properly communicated to respective teams (IT, GS etc.)
- Oversee performance of external stockroom teams (if applicable)
- Protects customer experience through strong implementation of traffic flow both in the fitting room and cash desk
- Overall organization of the register area (team, schedule and customer flow)
- Monitor store KPI in all aspects related to People, Process and Product
- Ensure Cellular organization is implemented and followed daily (daily and weekly plan with clear tasks)
- Responsible for organization of fitting room operations including but not limited to the organization of floor cells, cleaning, tidying, running, and sprinting.
- Works with the General Manager and store team to ensure the efficiency of SINT operations. Including ipod sales, SINT, click & collect and store mode.
- Manage and maintain the capacity, of the stockroom. Ensuring the quality and care of the garments are protected.
- Ensuring Back of House organization, cleanness, and tidiness up of the working areas and devices.
- During delivery: Organize the team, tools, and time in an efficient way. Coordinate with visual commercial team the timing of the tasks. Reach and improve productivity.
- Coordinate the replenishment of the sales floor. Responding to store requests for sizes and/or product
- Previous fashion retail management experience (min. 3 years)
- Excellent customer service experience
- Previous cash handling experience
