Job Order Job Title: '''Technical Project Manager''' Job Duration: '''2.0''' Job Order Job Description: '''JOB TITLE Technical Project Manager REPORTS TO Director, Enterprise PMO DEPARTMENT Enterprise PMO FLSA STATUS: Exempt JE SCORE (completed with HR) GRADEPOSITION PURPOSE The Project Manager will provide leadership and direction for a variety of projects including strategic initiatives, process improvements, system enhancements, and new product development. In this role, you will manage end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business and technical goals. The Project Manager will interact with all levels of the GreenPath organization including the Leadership Team, Management, project team members, and vendors. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES Planning, executing and managing technical projects. Utilizing consistent project management methodologies and procedures. Developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. Collaborating with the business, product, and IT teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Identifying and overseeing risks, dependencies, and technical challenges to ensure project success. Implementing and enforcing agile methodologies, Scrum, or other project management procedures for efficient workflow. Monitoring project progress, tracking key metrics, and ensuring timely delivery of milestones. Overseeing technical documentation, system requirements, and quality assurance processes. Ensuring compliance with security policies, data governance, and industry best practices. Fostering collaboration, communication, and problem-solving among team members and stakeholders. Work collaboratively with key stakeholders to support change management activities and to ensure company- wide communications regarding projects are timely and clear. Other ad hoc duties as requested by management. PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES Bachelor’s Degree required. 3-5 years of experience working in a professional environment that required exceptional communication and influence skills. 3 – 5 years Project Management experience and/or certification. Experience working with IT projects and Agile methodologies required. Demonstrated experience with Infrastructure and Information Security projects. Demonstrated experience in team leadership and project management with a proven track record of successfully implementing projects and change within the organization. Ability to work independently as well as with a cross functional team. Strong influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills. Ability to provide leadership and influence people across functional areas and within all levels of the organization while under pressure with potentially changing priorities. Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with project teams, management, and other employees. Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills Proven ability to facilitate discussions, resolve conflict, and drive decision making with individuals and groups. Demonstrated ability to solve problems and formulate recommendations. Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Monday.com, Mural, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, and Azure Dev Ops preferred. Ability to apply policies and procedures to evaluate actual observed situations. Success promoting diversity and inclusion in the major duties outlined in the job description. Experience working in multicultural environments. QUALITIES & CHARACTERISTICS This role will require attention to detail and organization. This role will also require the drive to meet deadlines and work collaboratively with team members, leaders and other stakeholders. COMMUNICATION SKILLS This person should be able to communicate with varying levels of team members and leaders. The ability to communicate in various ways (in person, video conference, phone, email, etc.) is critical. This role requires clear communication and the ability to anticipate needs/questions of stakeholders. WORKING CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS This position is remote. This role may require 5% of travel.
