Qorvo's Test Engineering Internships are offered in our High Performance Analog, Advanced Cellular, Connectivity and Sensors and Global Operations business groups. Specific projects and responsibilities will be determined based on the business needs at the time of the internship assignment.Responsibilities may include:
  • Creating automated test software to control test equipment and execute test plans
  • Developing measurement automation using C++, C# along with custom tools
  • Supporting test fixture and/or probe card design activities including PCB design and layout
  • Measuring product using test equipment like DC source/measure units, oscilloscopes, and spectrum analyzers
  • Processing, verifying, and analyzing the measured data; producing clear and concise presentations and reports
  • Assisting product teams with troubleshooting and resolution of die sort test issues and yield excursions.
  • Yield improvement, cost reduction, throughput improvements while maintaining high quality.
Qualifications:
  • Currently pursuing a BS, MS, or PhD in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0
  • Analog/RF circuit design coursework and/or experience
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as C, C++, C#, or other object-oriented language
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Self-Starter with good communication skills
  • Effective organization skills for systematic planning and scheduling
This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship by the company.Competitive hourly pay commensurate with experience: $31/hr-$42/hr (subject to change dependent on physical location). Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. Qorvo reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as external competitiveness and internal comparability.
