- Grow our 3PL revenue exponentially by selling Crowd Cow's cold-chain frozen fulfillment solutions to DTC companies.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects while nurturing existing accounts to deepen relationships and expand their business volume.
- Develop the sales strategies, and directly leading the sales effort including evaluation of account interest, presentation of services, development of the proposal for Crowd Cow fulfillment services and final presentation to potential DTC clients.
- Execute outbound sales efforts via cold calls, email, LinkedIn, industry events, and reaching out to your referral network.
- At least 5 years of sales experience in logistics industry, ideally in selling 3PL services
- Curiosity and flexibility - as the role would require creativity to identify the right leads for our footprint and the prospective customers' requirements.
- Problem solving capabilities - as we are building out many of the externalization of the 3PL capabilities
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on relationship-building.
- Comfortable in working in a fast paced environment and willing to be flexible on approach.
