- Assist in the production of creatively designed menus
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef on new dishes which appeal o the residents
- Assist the Executive Chef in organizing the kitchen and schedule
- Maintain kitchen and food preparation in a clean and sanitary manner
- Train and develop new kitchen associates
- Bring a smile to work every day

- Be a progressive and creative thinker
- Be a high school graduate (preferred)
- Have one to three years of cooking experience
