to meet with homeowners, present our bathroom remodeling solutions, and close deals. This is a consultative sales role — not door-to-door. - Conduct in-home consultations with pre-qualified leads and sell directly to homeowners
- Present design options, pricing, and financing clearly and confidently
- Execute a proven sales system – No guesswork, just results
- Drive accountability and push your team to hit revenue goals
- Follow up on open quotes (“rehash” opportunities)
- Earn commissions on your sales
- A top closer ready to sell and lead from the front
- Strong communication and persuasion skills with middle- to upper-income homeowners
- Comfortable presenting investment-level purchases ($10K–$25K+)
- Sales experience (home improvement preferred but not required)
- High energy, discipline, and a win-first mentality
- Willing to work evenings and weekends—where the money is
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus (not required)
