Job DescriptionWHAT YOU'LL DO
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Wallenius Wilhelmsen's market presence
- Develop account strategies to generate new business and profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Work closely with several cross functional departments to ensure that optimal service levels are maintained for the customer base
- Liaise with internal teams and external customers to ensure clear communication of expectations and issue resolution
- Engage in area contract and tender processes ensuring alignment with Regional Sales and Business Development & Contracting Teams
- Follow up of annual budget, forecasts, and actual performance analysis within established guidelines
- Identify key areas of improvement and promote challenger or disruptive sales approach
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Maritime/Logistics Sales
- Proven success with relationship management, multi-level customer engagement as well as multi-product and service offerings
- Demonstrated ability in establishing and actively managing relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
- Flexible, adaptable, and collaborative; ability to foster an agile working environment within a high functioning sales team
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
