Job Description:Overview:The Sales Representative will serve as the principle point for new sales, account development and management of selected Key & Liner Accounts within the Midwest and Canada Sales Territory.Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.This is an on-site/hybrid role based in our Parsippany, NJ office location. You will have required in office days on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
Job DescriptionWHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Wallenius Wilhelmsen's market presence
  • Develop account strategies to generate new business and profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Work closely with several cross functional departments to ensure that optimal service levels are maintained for the customer base
  • Liaise with internal teams and external customers to ensure clear communication of expectations and issue resolution
  • Engage in area contract and tender processes ensuring alignment with Regional Sales and Business Development & Contracting Teams
  • Follow up of annual budget, forecasts, and actual performance analysis within established guidelines
  • Identify key areas of improvement and promote challenger or disruptive sales approach
Job RequirementsWHAT YOU'LL NEED
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in Maritime/Logistics Sales
  • Proven success with relationship management, multi-level customer engagement as well as multi-product and service offerings
  • Demonstrated ability in establishing and actively managing relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Flexible, adaptable, and collaborative; ability to foster an agile working environment within a high functioning sales team
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
