These resources need to have Healthcare domain experience specifically Medicaid experience.1. One Sr. BA will be working on a dashboard and reporting project
2. One Sr. BA will be working on an application/data exchange focusJob Requirements:
- Knowledge of managed Medicaid programs
- 5+ Years experience as a Business Analyst gathering, documenting and validating requirements
- Experience designing and gathering requirements for enterprise/business dashboards.
- Knowledge of KPI development, benchmarking analysis
- Knowledge of Payer IT Systems
- Experience managing projects
- Experience using self service reporting tools and analyzing data to draw conclusions
- Excellent planning, time management and communication skills
- Experience working across departments and with a variety of stakeholders
- Experience working with technical resources to design software and solutions
- Experience with EMR and/or Health Services data structures and domains
- Experience working with SaaS low code software platforms
- IIBA Certification – CBAP or EBAP, strongly preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field
- Experience with California Medi-Cal
- Experience using Microsoft Azure DevOps or TFS
- Knowledge of Health Services/UM/CM/DM in a Health Plan
- Jiva system experience
