- Associate Account Manager: You will build relationships with the world's producers and work in partnership with customers, systems integrators, and industry partners to solve challenges in the industry. You will develop and implement sales plans to meet annual sales goals and grow market share. You will build relationships at assigned accounts and growing customer spend with Rockwell Automation. You will work with customers exclusively through digital platforms (email, LinkedIn, phone, and video conferencing). After completion of the training program, Associate Account Managers are based in one of our field sales offices across the US and call on customers all over North America.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university

- A valid US drivers license
- 3.0 cumulative GPA
- Previous intern experience with Rockwell Automation, our Partner Network, or our customer
- Degree in Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Software or Chemical Engineering; Computer Science, Industrial Distribution, Supply Chain, Business, or other technical degrees or similar
- Previous co-op or intern experience in manufacturing, product marketing, or customer-facing role
- Must be location flexible
- Experience and knowledge with technical skills and/or domains
- You quickly understand complicated subjects and enjoy explaining them in a straightforward way.
- You recognize customer needs and provide insights in proposing solutions and facilitating change.
- You can balance competing demands for your time, ensuring partner expectations are managed.
