The Procurement Analyst is an acquisition professional capable of advising and implementing best practices in contract administration. The Procurement Analyst will provide governance program management support, and category management, record and analyze contracting activity data, assist with audit-related activities, develop job aids and training materials, and provide contract administration support.Qualifications:
- Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with groups and individuals at all levels.
- Ability to communicate, both verbally and in writing, effectively and coherently.
- Demonstrated experience in the planning, developing, and implementing acquisition policies, standards, and procedures in the Federal sector.
- Demonstrated capability to perform procurement reviews, report findings, and make recommendations based on agency policy guidelines, standards, and procedures.
- Demonstrated capability to advise stakeholders on procurement policy matters and provide guidance on technical and policy-related questions.
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in the Federal acquisition process.
