- Build, develop, and maintain relationships with key referral partners including physicians, psychiatric hospitals, emergency departments, senior living communities, case managers, and outpatient providers.
- Educate community stakeholders on our behavioral health services, treatment programs, and referral processes.
- Execute market-specific outreach strategies to increase patient referrals and program awareness.
- Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with leadership to develop growth strategies for each market.
- Coordinate and attend events, presentations, and networking functions representing the organization professionally.
- Maintain a structured schedule of outreach activities, logging contacts and outcomes.
- Provide feedback to the executive team on market trends, competitor activity, and partnership opportunities.
- Minimum 3 years of marketing or business development experience in behavioral healthcare (required).
- Proven success in referral development, territory management, and relationship-building.
- Knowledge of behavioral health programs including inpatient, outpatient, and telehealth models.
- Strong public speaking, presentation, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Willingness and ability to travel regionally up to 50% of the time.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, healthcare administration, psychology, social work, or related field preferred.
- Must reside in Greater Milwaukee, WI area
- Salary range: $55,000–$80,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
