We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a lead role in optimizing our manufacturing processes, driving efficiency gains, and contributing to the overall success of our operations. Join our growing team as we continue to chase new business and launch new product lines.
Lead and participate in projects to improve processes, reduce downtime, and improve safety
Perform time studies and line balancing
Implement new machinery and tooling for production as needed
Troubleshoot production and help lead automation initiaitves
Develop new manufacturing processes as the company gains more business and launches more product lines
Analyze production line/work cell layouts and optimize using 3D modeling software
Write work instructions/SOPs for launch of new product

Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field
3+ years' professional experience in a manufacturing environment
Experienced in electronics manufacturing/electrical assembly, medical device manufacturing or related industry
Background leading Lean Continuous Improvement initiatives
Experience with writing work instructions, BOMs preferred
Exposure to New Product Introduction activities
