The Sales Representative is the first point of contact for customers visiting or calling the store. This role is responsible for delivering a professional and welcoming experience, understanding customer needs, and guiding them through tire selection, financing, and service options. The Sales Representative ensures every customer interaction results in satisfaction, trust, and long-term loyalty.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide in-store and phone-based customer support and sales.Educate customers on tire options, services, and financing programs.Coordinate appointments and manage service workflow with the shop team.Collect payments and maintain accurate transaction records.Deliver consistent five-star customer experiences.Day-to-Day DutiesGreet every customer in person or by phone with a professional, welcoming approach.Perform complimentary tire inspections and explain findings clearly.Recommend tire options based on customer application, budget, and safety.Present and process payment programs and financing applications.Confirm appointments and call customers who missed scheduled visits.Collect customer payments and issue receipts.Document all interactions and recommendations with detailed notes in the system.Follow up with customers after service to secure five-star reviews and confirm satisfaction.Contact customers with pending recommendations to encourage timely service.Assist in maintaining store displays and clean, professional presentation.Required Skills and QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED required.1 2 years of customer service or retail sales experience.Strong communication and active listening skills.Ability to explain technical details in plain language.Basic proficiency with computers, POS systems, and finance applications.Preferred QualificationsExperience in automotive, dealership, or service industry.Familiarity with financing programs and upselling service packages.Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) a plus.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Customer satisfaction scores and five-star reviews.Tire and service sales revenue.Conversion rate of inspections and recommendations to closed sales.Appointment booking and completion rate.Accuracy of customer notes and documentation.Work EnvironmentReports to the Store Manager.Based inside the retail store; limited outside activity.Full-time, 40+ hours per week, including some evenings or weekends.Requires standing for extended periods and occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.We MATCH Our Candidates with the BEST Companies and Career Opportunities in the Industry...With 30+ years' of experience, Patrice & Associates Hospitality & Recruiting Specialists is not only the LARGEST Hospitality Recruiting firm in North America, but the BEST extending beyond just Hospitality.
