- Initiate, install, troubleshoot, and optimize customer systems utilizing advanced Direct Digital Control technology.
- Serve as the local contact for technical issues, offering effective solutions for complex system challenges.
- Deliver turnkey project solutions for medium to large projects, ensuring proper operation of systems including controls, sensors, and software.
- Load software, configure trends, alarms, and reports, and implement time management strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Communicate and document project status and details for customers, providing site-specific training to owners and operators on the complete system.
- HVAC expertise.
- Proficiency in computer and electrical systems.
- Technician-level skills in installation and commissioning.
- Controls and building automation troubleshooting.
- Field service experience with electronics and oscilloscopes.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 4+ years of experience in Building Automation, HVAC, or related field.
- Bachelor’s degree, Associate Degree, or Technical/Business School Certificate/Diploma in HVAC, Controls, or related field preferred.
- Proficiency with advanced building automation software such as WebCTRL and installing building automation controls.
- Expertise in TCP/IP networks, including wireless technology.
- Experience with Siemens Insight and Desigo or WebCTRL is ideal.
- Ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience and work well in a team environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications.
