- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
- Monitor and operate communication systems to dispatch security-related personnel and resources as needed within the manufacturing and industrial location.
- Receive and document calls for service, incidents, and emergencies, maintaining accurate records and logs.
- Coordinate with on-site security-related teams to respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
- Follow site-specific policies and procedures when handling routine and emergency communications.
- Provide customer service by assisting employees, visitors, and contractors with inquiries and information related to security-related matters.
- Assist in the implementation of emergency response activities as directed by Allied Universal and/or site management.
- Communicate important information to appropriate personnel and/or emergency services as required by the situation.
- Support regular and random patrols by relaying information and tracking patrol activities around the business and perimeter.
- Availability across various days and shifts
- Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments
- A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company
- Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available
- Applicants must have supervisory experience.
- Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
- A valid driver's license is required and applicants must meet Allied Universal driver policy requirements for driving positions.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
