- Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales goals as established by leadership.
- Establish, maintain, and grow relationships with managers and other retail partners, becoming their go-to expert on The Pack Labs’ product offerings.
- Educate and engage customers on our brands and product lines to maximize sales opportunities.
- Organize and attend trade shows, pop-ups, and other promotional events to strengthen brand visibility and sales efforts.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory compliance to adapt strategies as needed.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage the sales pipeline, track customer interactions, and report on sales progress.
- Efficiently manage travel and scheduling within the Ohio area to optimize sales opportunities and customer relationships.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B environments related to hemp, cannabis, or similar regulated industries.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and a strong ability to close deals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with CRM systems, such as Hubspot or Salesforce, and comfortable with Google Workspace or MS Office.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to travel extensively within the region.
- Base Salary of $48,000 - $60,000 plus uncapped commission.
- On-target earnings (OTE) between $90,000 and $125,000 in the first year.
