- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role troubleshooting hardware, software, in cloud or on-premises server infrastructure management, including diagnosing and troubleshooting operating systems, computer hardware, and server hardware.
- Active US Government Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmentalized Information (TS/SCI) security clearance with Polygraph.
- Ability to lift/move 50lb (23kg) of equipment and ability to exert yourself physically over extended periods of time, including frequent bending, kneeling, climbing, pushing/pulling and lifting.
- Experience with performing component-level repairs on IT equipment.
- Experience debugging workload issues across multi node environments.
- Experience working with any public cloud services and infrastructure.
- Experience in computer networking (e.g., TCP/IP, routing, load balancing, etc.).
- Understanding of basic web technologies (e.g., HTTP, HTML, DNS, TCP, etc.).
- Understand and support capacity deployment, including build milestones and timelines.
- Troubleshoot OS-related issues and actively improve diagnostic and troubleshooting techniques for faster recovery.
- Deploy and configure integrated hardware and software solutions remotely and on customer sites.
- Utilize software tools for job functions, including inventory management and OS configuration/troubleshooting.
- Contribute to the creation and enhancement of documentation for new platforms and support activities.
