Job Title: 1st Class Marine ElectricianLocation: Harvey, LAWe are seeking an experienced Marine Electrician to install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment aboard vessels and in the shipyard.Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems on marine vessels.
  • Read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
  • Ensure proper operation of electrical systems by using tools, gauges, meters, and testing equipment.
  • Follow safety protocols and industry regulations during all electrical work.
  • Collaborate with other trades to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a Marine Electrician.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical system operations, components, and job-related tools.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.
  • Familiarity with all phases of marine electrical work, from design through installation and testing.
