Reports To: VP of SalesPOSITION SUMMARYThis position is designed for a consultative Sales Account Executive with background in IT Managed Technical Services. The role focuses on identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities within mid-sized enterprise accounts. Our portfolio includes network management, cybersecurity, cloud migration, (Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud, and 24/7 IT Maintenance). The individual will collaborate closely with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure solution accuracy and customer satisfaction, while meeting or exceeding sales targets.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Identify and target new logo accounts within the mid-market enterprise segment (200-2,000 employees
  • Sell a broad range of managed services including:
  • IT infrastructure management (servers, networks, endpoints)
  • Cybersecurity services
  • Public cloud migration and optimization (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud)
  • 24/7 remote monitoring, help desk, and break/fix support
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders including CIOs, IT Directors, and Procurement teams
  • Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, solution scoping, proposal development, pricing, and closing
  • Collaborate with internal pre-sales engineers and service delivery teams to develop and present solutions
  • Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales goals
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM
  • Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape
QUALIFICATIONS (Knowledge, Skills, and Ability Requirements)
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in IT Managed Services or within a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment
  • Understanding of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
  • Proven track record of selling to mid-sized enterprise clients
  • Knowledge of managed cybersecurity solutions and remote monitoring tools
  • Strong consultative sales skills and ability to align solutions with client pain points
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and team-focused
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Ability to travel significantly
