From the planning stages to event execution, you’ll support the Events and Experiences department every step of the way, collaborating with our Creative, Marketing, and Management Consulting departments to ensure events run smoothly.We’re looking for individuals with an interest in event strategy, experiential marketing, and audience engagement, with a background in logistic coordination and event planning. We work in a spirited, fast-paced, and ever-changing environment, so we are looking for someone who can hit the ground running and thrive in this setting.About the ProgramIntended for recent graduates, our analyst program offers hands-on experience, mentorship, and a clear path for growth within a woman-owned, women-led consultancy that values innovation, inclusion, and impact.Our analyst position begins in July 2026 and is a full-time opportunity to join Athena.RequirementsWhat you'll be responsible for:
  • Support team members to develop, manage, and execute event initiatives.
  • Assist senior-level management on current and future client projects.
  • Communicate with vendors and foster strategies for successful client outcomes.
  • Collaborate across teams and client departments to move projects forward.
  • Contribute to reaching organizational goals by being flexible and working in a team.
  • Meet tight deadlines successfully in a fast-paced environment.
  • Multi-task on projects and initiatives.
  • Assist in preparing and presenting information to key stakeholders.
  • Ensure high-quality and consistent results are produced.
  • Balance complicated, multifaceted project environments.

It's a plus if you have:
  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
  • Prior internship or co-op experience.
  • Leadership experience through extracurricular activities, volunteer work, or team-based activities.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • A professional and proactive demeanor, especially when interacting with clients or executives.
  • Prior experience working directly with clients, supporting client events and/or brand activations.
