The Application Developer (.Net) will collaborate with key business staff on the development of new and existing systems. They will interpret the business needs to formulate the application design/architect/build (database, web, client apps, services and system interfaces) and make critical technical and design decisions during the development process that have significant impact on the business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
▪ Collaborate with technical team members and functional architects to design and implement customized corporate end user applications for the company.
▪ Responsible for designing, integration and developing web-based applications and related backend systems.
▪ Participate in both the re-engineering of existing systems, as well as the design and implementation of new features and interfaces.
▪ Audit, maintain, and identify opportunities for enhancing the ongoing performance of systems.
▪ Evaluate complex user requests and clarify objectives and functional requirements by consulting with Information Systems representatives and Business Management
▪ Interpret business requirements to prepare and review requirements and design documents.
▪ Develop detailed project estimates and work plans.
▪ Design of database development utilizing SQL for creating views, writing stored procedures, and schema changes.
▪ Utilize Numotion Leadership Principles to perform job with integrity, compliance, and values consistent with Numotion’s mission.
▪ Adhere to employee or customer confidentiality and comply with Numotion’s policies and federal regulations.
▪ Provide excellent customer service for all internal and external customers of the operations at all times. Provide solutions for customer concerns and continually focus on customer service as our top priority.

Application Developer (.Net)REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:
▪ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Experience in related field.
▪ 3+ years’ experience with C#
▪ 5+ years’ experience as a developer
▪ 3+ years’ experience with SQL Server
▪ 2+ years’ experience with JavaScript
▪ 1+ year experience with Angular or 3+ years’ experience with React/VuePREFERRED COMPETENCIES AND QUALIFICATIONS:
▪ Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP)
▪ Knowledge of the .NET Core/5.0+ Framework, including use of Visual Studio 2015+
▪ Knowledge of Angular 2+
▪ Database development and query optimization skills
▪ Strong experience designing and working with n-tier architectures (UI, Business Logic Layer, Data Access Layer) along with some experience with service-oriented architectures (SOA)PHYSICAL WORK REQUIREMENTS:
