SALARY: $15.00 per hourMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Six (6) months of experience working with diverse populations;
Valid Michigan drivers license and a good driving record.OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Willing to work weekends, holidays and irregular hours;
Must maintain valid chauffeurs license.GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES: Deliver products to sites and/or product to clients homes and other locations or required services; works under the direction of the Program Director or designee: performs related duties as required.STATEMENT OF TASKS:
  • Transports clients and products to appropriate services and places;
  • Maintains and cleans vehicle;
  • Completes logs, forms and simple reports.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
  • Knowledge of Flint and Genesee County streets and roads;
  • Ability to safely operate a motor vehicle;
  • Ability to work with a wide range of clients;
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing;
  • Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships;
  • Ability to attend work regularly and work under stressful conditions;
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds often;
  • Ability to work independently, collaboratively and respectfully in a complex, multicultural work environment that values diversity, equity and inclusion.
