
Residential Group Home Supervisor (St. Cloud)

- Lead and support a team of Direct Support Professionals through coaching, team meetings, and performance feedback.
- Deliver hands-on care to clients, ensuring their health, safety, and well-being.
- Coordinate care with families, medical professionals, and community partners.
- Manage operations including scheduling, budgeting, compliance, and home maintenance.
- Champion quality by ensuring documentation, medication administration, and client programming meet the highest standards.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education preferred)
- Experience: 3+ years working with DD/MI populations, including 2+ years in residential settings; supervisory experience preferred
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, time management, and problem-solving abilities
- Requirements: Valid driver's license, ability to pass background and driving checks
