- Establish objectives for marketing activities and consumer promotions, ensuring on-time implementation of key tactics;
- Collaborate with internal partners and third-party agencies on creative development and post-analysis to identify best practices;
- Analyze the business and competitive environment, using data to make recommendations for better meeting business goals and identifying insights for new business ideas;
- Lead weekly/monthly state-of-the-business tracking and reporting, managing communication to management and cross-functional teams;
- Partner with finance and product supply to assist in monthly management of brand P&Ls and production forecasts;
- Manage the marketing budget;
- Support the team in developing annual marketing plans to meet volume targets, share targets, and business objectives;
- Serve as the brand lead for packaging/labeling and website maintenance, providing support for e-commerce activities;
- Assist in developing market research projects to fill information gaps;
- Lead marketing projects for product renovations, including channel-specific products and package graphics updates;
- Gain a strong understanding of medical, regulatory, legal, manufacturing, and retail environments related to brand initiatives;
- Build relationships with key contacts in these areas.
- BS/BA degree;

- Strong financial management skills to assess programs/investments vs results;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Superior analytical ability with experience in business forecasting.
- MBA with 2 years of experience in a similar or related role, ideally in a CPG/healthcare environment, or BS/BA with 4 years of experience;
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage in productive debate;
- Ability to collaborate and influence key stakeholders;
- Strong project management skills, including identifying key milestones and delivering against deadlines.
