As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) working within the Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) schools, you'll help students thrive while collaborating closely with school staff-not providing direct therapy, but empowering educators with the tools they need.Full-time schedule with no evenings, weekends, or holiday workAligned with the school calendar-follow student breaks and holidaysMake a meaningful difference for children with autism and behavioral needsFocused support role-no direct services or family interaction requiredWork daily in one school location (elementary, middle, or high school)What You'll DoSupport approximately 101 students across Fort Campbell's 6 schools (4 elementary, 1 middle, 1 high)Provide school-wide behavior consultation and environmental planningDevelop behavior treatment plans based on student IEPsTrain and coach teachers and paraeducators on behavior strategiesConduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)Design and implement behavioral therapeutic programs focusing on:Reducing aggression, avoidance, and disruptive behaviorsBuilding daily life skills and classroom readinessPositive reinforcement systems for behavioral improvement * Submit digital quarterly reports on student behavioral progressWhat We're Looking for as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)Required: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), with licensure if required by the stateExperience: 3+ years working with children (preschool-high school); school setting experience preferredSkills: Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving; ability to work independently and support school teamsEnvironment: This is an in-school role, not community-based or clinical; no direct services provided to students or familiesAbout Nurses Etc.
