- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and translate it to accurate written instruction.
- Review and edit documentation produced by program owners, operations and/or subject matter experts, ensuring consistency and adherence to document type requirements and Company style guides.
- Interface with Operations Services and Compliance to ensure documentation remains in alignment to industry regulations and Company best practices.
- Stay current with Company processes to enhance documentation quality and alignment across written process and practice.
- Support the documentation review and approval process through interaction with subject matter experts, program owners, document owners, and leadership.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and implement improvements to documentation processes.
- Support evaluating document-related changes as managed through the Company Management of Change (MOC) process.
- Support communication and collaboration with Operations Training Program to ensure training and awareness is in sync with latest published documentation.
- Maintain working knowledge of Document Management system configurations and process workflows and support the system-facilitated document control process as needed.

- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5+ years technical writing and publishing or equivalent experience.
- Pipeline or other related industry experience is desirable.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite web publishing required.

- Effective interviewing, research and problem-solving skills required.
- This position requires a high degree of interaction with subject matter experts, team members and supervisory personnel.
- This role requires the ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.
- This position requires compliance with all personnel policies.
- The person in this position needs to occasionally move inside the office to access file cabinets, office equipment, etc.
- This role continuously operates a computer and other office productivity equipment (i.e. a calculator, copy machine and computer printer).
