Location: Arizona, USA – RemoteWhat you will be doing:Serves as technical project lead, technical architect, and/or project manager for a team of application developers. Keeps management team informed of project status and significant issues impacting outcomes.As a technical lead, responsible for creating detailed programming technical tasks, assigning workload, monitoring project progress, performing code review, and validating testing outcomes of application developers. Perform mentoring and oversight in all areas of the development life cycle.Coordinates the work outcomes of external consultants.Evaluates, supports and tests vendor-supplied software packages. Determines compatibility with existing systems. Installs and tests vendor upgrades and patches. Provides technical support and troubleshooting.Responsible for evaluating any impact of system changes on existing modules.Leads a technical project team. Understands the business strategy of client departments and defines the information systems requirements to meet the business requirements.Provides expert functional and technical support for vendor applications and programs in collaboration with the Salesforce Health Cloud Administrator.Collaborates with other department resources to support multiple system interfaces and data integration.Monitors, defines, and reports on critical path workflows. Resolves issues or escalates issues as required.Drives the design and implementation of new business processes within required configuration. Functions as the lead in design, coding, debugging, testing, documentation and implementation of Salesforce Health Cloud including application customizations and integration of other 3rd party vendor-supplied software.What you must have:Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or related field with courses in programming and database systems or equivalent experienceU.S. CitizenMust be able to receive a favorable Interim and adjudicated final Department of Defense (DoD) background investigation7+ years general application development and support experience5 years’ hands on experience in Salesforce Health Cloud5 years’ experience with a Salesforce DevOps toolset and CI/CD practices2 years’ experience leading technical project teamsSalesforce Platform App Builder CertificationSalesforce Platform Developer II CertificationExperience with JavaScript, Flows, Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOAP, RESTExperience working in an agile environment using Jira or similar solutionsExperience communicating with both technical and business audiencesNice to have:Aura framework and OmniScriptStrong written and verbal communication skillsTechnical experience working with healthcare systems or in a government contract systems environmentExperience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components and Einstein AnalyticsFor more information about TEEMA and to consider other career opportunities, please visit our website at
