Schedule:
- PM Shift: 7:00 PM – 5:30 AM
- Days: Sunday - Wednesday
We are seeking a Laboratory Technician I to join our team in the Painting Process Laboratory. In this role, you will operate paint application and automation equipment, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and maintain lab cleanliness. You will work closely with robotic equipment for experimental execution and manage customer workflow effectively.Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor paint application and spray equipment using computer systems.
- Capture process settings and accurately record experimental results.
- Execute experiments using robotic equipment and maintain required documentation.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and complete necessary safety training.
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly 5S housekeeping tasks to maintain lab standards.
- Ensure proper chemical handling and safe operation of all equipment.
- Must be clean-shaven to participate in the respirator program.
- Ability to understand, record, and verbalize detailed information accurately.
- Strong commitment to safety practices and quality standards.
- Ability to work night shifts and adapt to variable training schedules.
- Prior experience in laboratory or manufacturing environments (preferred).
