  • Assists with preparations for the new season – including but not limited to training, database review, information management, suites tasting event and data entry for accounts.
  • Assists with processing luxury suite menus.
  • Assists with compilation of pre- and post-game day notes and reports.
  • Works directly with luxury suite members and catering contacts to establish levels of service for game day.
  • Assists with development and compilation of game day information.
  • Assists with the breakdown and processing of all post-event information.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Completion of some college coursework, bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Prior food/beverage service experience is required.
  • Computer skills are required.
  • Prior supervisory experience is preferred.
  • Prior guest relations/service experience is preferred.
