The Superintendent will arrange the work of several paving crews and provide on-site leadership to foreman and crews. The Superintendent plans, coordinates, and supervises onsite functions including scheduling, material control, and day-to-day direction of field personnel.   • 5+ years of experience in Asphalt Paving with stable work history
  • DOT, County, and Municipal experience preferred
  • Train and mentor foreman and crew members
  • Experience with projects from $50K - $20M preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
