- Implement and maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems within injection molding and automated manufacturing environments.
- Collaborate with tooling, automation, and production teams to improve equipment reliability and throughput.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to fluid power systems, including valves, actuators, pumps, and compressors.
- Support metal-to-plastic conversion projects with integrated hydraulic/pneumatic solutions.
- Evaluate system performance and recommend upgrades or redesigns for efficiency and safety.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Document system designs, maintenance protocols, and engineering changes.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and cross-functional communication.

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems in a manufacturing setting
- Strong understanding of injection molding processes and equipment
- Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD)
- Familiarity with fluid power components and control systems
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills
- Proficiency in Excel
- Experience with buying and estimating
