- Act as the main point of contact for customers and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication through meetings, submittals, and training.
- Oversee project execution in accordance with GEA Project Management Guidelines.
- Review contract documents and specifications to confirm alignment with stakeholder expectations, resolving any discrepancies.
- Manage approval and submission of technical documents (P&IDs, drawings, project documentation) to customers.
- Ensure project controlling adheres to GEA financial guidelines, including budget approval, change order management, and timely invoicing.
- Conduct risk analysis, monitor risks, and keep management informed of major changes.
- Develop project resource plans, request necessary resources, and coordinate project staff accordingly.
- Oversee collaboration between internal departments and external suppliers, ensuring on-time delivery.
- Maintain documentation, including project management files, correspondence, and technical specifications.
- Organize and lead Phase Gate Review, Steering Committee, and project review meetings.
- Capture and share lessons learned to improve project management and sales support processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Chemical Engineering, Food Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in the food, dairy, brewing, or beverage industry.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in project engineering or project management.
- Strong understanding of hygienic food processing technologies.
- Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration skills.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
- Ability to work independently and drive projects to completion.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
