Join us.The Global Security Organization provides industry-leading cyber-security and business protection services to TikTok globally. Our organization employs four principles that guide our strategic and tactical operations. In order to enhance collaboration and cross-functional partnerships, our organization follows a hybrid work schedule that requires employees to work in the office for 2 to 3 days a week, as directed by their manager. We regularly review our hybrid work model, and the specific requirements may change at any time.As the Security & Transformation Leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive cybersecurity strategies to safeguard our organization's digital assets and infrastructure. With your extensive experience in security program transformation, you will drive initiatives to enhance our security posture as demonstrated by measurable, data-driven results.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the development and execution of security strategies aligned with the organization's maturity goals and objectives.
2. Drive implementation of our security maturity efforts, identify areas for improvement, and develop actionable plans to enhance our security posture.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security measures into business processes, products, and services.
4. Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior leadership on security matters, including emerging threats and vulnerabilities that impact program design.
5. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of cybersecurity initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
6. Stay informed about the latest trends, developments, and regulatory requirements in security, and incorporate relevant insights into our strategy.
7. Lead and mentor a team of security professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications:
1. Proven track record of leading successful cybersecurity initiatives, driving organizational change, and delivering measurable results.
2. Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, technologies, and frameworks (e.g., NIST Cybersecurity Framework, ISO/IEC 27001).
3. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
4. Demonstrated ability to think strategically, prioritize initiatives, and make data-driven decisions to address cybersecurity risks.
5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving cybersecurity challenges.Preferred Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree (e.g., Master's, MBA) preferred.
2. Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), or similar certifications preferred.
3. Experience working in the tech industry or a related field is highly desirable.
4.
