- Monitors quantity and quality of work performed.
- Interviews, trains, supervises and evaluates employees.
- Maintains equipment and supplies for departments.
- Revises, develops, and implements policies, procedures and performance standards.
- Manages departmentalized expenses involving staff and materials.
Bachelor of Science degree in a related field is preferred.
Three to five years of Supervisory experience preferred. Special Physical Demands:While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to walk, sit, talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand; reach with hands and arms. handling, fingering, feeling and stoop, kneel or crouch and see. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
