Schedule: Full-Time, Temp-to-HireAbout the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Assembler to join a growing manufacturing team in Hartland. This is a mid-level position suited for individuals with hands-on assembly experience in small shop or custom manufacturing environments. Unlike high-volume assembly line work, this role involves working on a variety of components and projects, requiring attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform mechanical assembly of parts and components according to specifications and blueprints.Use hand tools, power tools, and measurement equipment to complete builds.Inspect parts for accuracy and quality before and after assembly.Work on a range of projects - not repetitive line work - requiring adaptability and precision.Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.Qualifications2+ years of assembly experience in a small shop, custom fabrication, or mid-level assembly role (not assembly line).Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read technical drawings/schematics.Experience using a variety of tools and measuring devices.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.What We OfferCompetitive pay: $23-$26/hourTemp-to-Hire opportunity with long-term career potentialSteady schedule and growth within a supportive teamHands-on work environment where every project is differentPay Details: $23.00 to $26.00 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
