- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in the senior living products industry.
- Consistently achieves or exceeds annual new business revenue targets, driving sustainable growth and alignment with the organization's strategic objectives.
- Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to capitalize on market trends and achieve revenue targets
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the senior living ecosystem, including senior living communities, healthcare providers, distributors, and other relevant entities.
- Negotiate and manage partnership agreements to ensure mutually beneficial relationships.
- Collaborate with Senior Living Operations, Development, and Care Purchasing Services teams to identify new product opportunities and enhancements to existing offerings.
- Drive the expansion of the senior living product portfolio to meet the evolving needs of the senior living market.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive net revenue growth
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities and key accounts.
- Provide strong leadership to the business development team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
- Mentor and develop team members to maximize their potential and contribute to the overall success of the team.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administrator, or a related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 10 years related experience required.
- Prior experience leading a team is required
- Experience with the Senior Living Industry, Development function, and/or Group Purchasing Organizations preferred
- Ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to effectively represent the organization to outside stakeholders.
- Excellent strategic agility and the ability to establish and implement effective strategies across and organization.

- Competency working with Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint required.
