- 40+ hours/week (Full-Time)
- Rate of Pay: $24.00 hour (locked-in w/ current contract)

- Billable: Work 25+ hours per week in a billable, uniform capacity. The vast majority of the position is operational, requiring the Assistant Supervisor to maintain a personal presence throughout the building
- Supervision: Direct, supervise, and manage Security Officers at the site in the execution of appropriate strategies, consistent with law, Client and Company policy.
- Site Training: Oversee the training of all assigned officers and ensure they are appropriately and thoroughly carrying out all duties outlined in the site's post guidelines.
- Officer Grooming: Ensure the appearance, grooming and physical image of all uniform security employees and event staff employees assigned to site are impeccable at all times.
- Scheduling: Ensure the work schedule is built 3-4 weeks in advance and that are shifts are properly filled.
- Customer Service: Understand and require the performance of DK's customer service GIFTS program with all assigned officers.
- The daily duties of this position are determined by the client and may vary depending upon the needs of the site / client contact.

- Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
- Must have either a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- May NOT have any felony convictions and must be able to pass a criminal background check in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Must be able to successfully pass a drug test at the time of hire and annually thereafter; which will test for the use of legal and illegal drugs, including marijuana.
- At least 2 years of experience in law enforcement, military, or security is preferred.
- Must present a friendly, positive, and professional image.
- Must possess excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills and the ability to solve problems and de-escalate situations in a non-confrontational manner. These include the ability to read and write the English language and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating procedures, maintenance instructions and reports.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email. All scheduling and major employee communications will be communicated via email.
- Must have impeccable grooming, while meeting the standards of our Appearance and Grooming policy.
- Ability to work independently with little or no direct supervision.
- Physical Requirements:
- Must be physically and mentally sound
- Must be able to sit, stand or walk for the duration of the shifts, including walking long distances, and possibly up and down stairs
- Must be readily able to respond to emergency situations
- Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
