  • Schedule: Monday-Friday; 7:30 am-4:30 pm
  • Pay: $19-$25/hour DOE

  • Our Medical Assistants are essential to the patient experience and clinical flow. A typical day includes:
  • Assisting providers with patient care and procedures
  • Rooming patients and obtaining medical history and chief complaints
  • Preparing consent forms and setting up for biopsies and minor surgeries
  • Performing phlebotomy and suture removal
  • Supporting patients with hair loss treatments and education
  • Maintaining clean, stocked exam rooms and sterilizing instruments
  • Documenting accurately in the EMR and assisting with prescription refills
  • Triaging and returning patient calls
  • Submitting prior authorizations and appeals
Qualifications:
  • AAMA CMA, NCCT NCMA, or AMT RMA certification
  • Experience as a Medical Assistant in a clinical setting
  • Familiarity with EMR systems
  • Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
  • Calm under pressure, eager to learn, and a reliable team player
  • Pediatric or Mohs experience is a plus
  • Compliance with Oregon healthcare immunization requirements or valid exemptions
  • Participation in reference and background checks upon hire
